Located at the end of the western metro line, Matinkylä is a combination of modern urban atmosphere and marine natural beauty. Iso Omena shopping centre has extensive services, bus terminal and metro station. There are high rise buildings in its surroundings, but closer to the seashore, the building height settles down and the environment is more peaceful. From Matinkylä you can get to the Espoo Rantaraitti road following the shoreline, and Central park is not far away either.
