Student homes close to metro in Ruoholahti
Very popular property, very rarely available apartments.
These tall, light-coloured apartment blocks are right next to the Ruoholahti metro station. From the property, there are good connections to Helsinki as well as to Espoo. The well kept walkways along the canal give the area a pleasant feel. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find the Ruoholahti shopping centre and Salmisaari sports centre.
In the courtyard there is a playground for children.
The apartments are shared apartments and family apartments. Hoas owns only 16 apartments in the Itämerenkatu property and for this reason there is no tenant activity arranged by Hoas.
