The light-coloured, low-rise apartment blocks of Muusantori 5 are situated in the park-like area of Tali, very close to the sea. There are plenty of parks and sports grounds in the area, offering excellent options for outdoor excercise. Also nearby is a golf course and a bowling hall. You can get to central Helsinki from the property in about half an hour by bus. The area is family-friendly.
The whole property received a facelift renovation in 2021. Bathrooms, kitchens and floors were renovated and the comfortability of the common areas was improved. The property's sauna is completely renewed.
There are studios, family apartments and some shared apartments in the property. Some shared apartments have a private bathroom in each room. There are some atelier style apartments that have a higher ceiling height.
