These apartment blocks are situated in the new residential area of Latokartano in Viikki, next to the Viikki campus area of the University of Helsinki. The yard is green and pleasant. There is a play area for children.
The apartments are shared apartments, studios, two room apartments and three room apartments. Shared apartments and studios are for single occupants. The two and three room apartments are for couples and families. The largest apartments have saunas and own gardens. The two room apartments and shared apartments have glassed balconies and the top floor apartments have rooftop terraces.
The property has garden patches managed by the tenant committee. The tenants can use the club room of Tilanhoitajankaari 11.
