Hoas is looking for a host to make Junailijankuja, Kitarakuja and Klaneettitie a home for exchange students from 1.8.2023 until 31.5.2024. The aim is to improve guidance and comfort of living.
There will be two hosts in both of the areas (Pasila&Kannelmäki) who work together as a team. They are a link between Hoas and the tenants. In addition, hosts’ tasks include organizing social events for the students (e.g. a welcoming event), helping them in their questions regarding of living, keeping up the Junailijankuja and Kannelmäki Facebook and reporting about difficulties and defaults in the building.
We are looking for students who
- enjoy international environment
- know the Helsinki Region
- take initiative and have good organizational skills
- speak fluent English
- have experience from customer service, for example from summer jobs
Hoas hosts will be paid 300 euros a month. There will be 20-25 working hours every month. You will also get valuable experience working in an international environment and get to know people around the world. The work task requires living at Junailijankuja or Klaneettitie from 1.8.2023 until 5.6.2024. Hoas will reserve the apartment for the hosts, but host need to pay the rent yourself.
